Hospitalization insurance for children

What plan did you buy for your children? For private wards or structured hospitals?
I am on pte and the insurance has gone up by a few times, is it feasible to choose structured? I always have a believe it's more convenient for private hospital and doctors are better.
Pls share any advice.
