Anyone hired Myanmar maids? Are they good and do you face any communication bearers?

Yes communication problem will happen regardless of nationality. But the thing I felt about Myanmar maid, or rather my bias opinionas I only employed Burmese once, is that their mind is quite simple. Don't expect them to think 2 steps ahead or find a "better" way of doing things efficiently. You need to put in lots of effort to teach them and show them to suit your lifestyle. hand-holding a little bit of thing so they can get used to urban life where time and resource is limited.
