Affordable Preschool in this trying times

Hello mummies and daddies! Do you have recommendations for affordable preschool in North area?
I think only govt run ones are affordable...cos I have enquired private ones and they are all in the $1000+ range...
But govt ones usually have a waitlist, so best to put in your names to ensure a better chance of getting in. And choose preschools as near as your home as possible.
