Anyone know what is the criteria to hire a helper to take care children?
Like monthly payment? Levy amount? Down-payment? Min. how much monthly income? Any subsidize etc? :D

No referral. haha but I've come across facebook, they have this sponsored advert, looking for 4yo -12yo young casting. Able to sign up for audition. :D

Academic wise would be reading skills, numeral skills. These are important for their main subjects. Child also needs to learn to be independent.
